50 anni Compass

The 50 anni Compass community allows everyone to participate at the collective story telling of Italian ways of life and traditions in the last 50 years. Thanks to the photographs and stories sent it is possible to share one’s own memories and comment those of others. How objects, clothes, countryside, have changed and how we have changed, how we have gone from vinyl records to iPods. How we had bell bottom trousers and bomber jackets, Allstar shoes and jackets with shoulder pads. That we drove the Vespa and the Lambretta, that we have seen the wheels of our roller-skates be put in a single line to create rollerblades and we desired a mountain bike with gears.

Other than the intervention of the users, the video interviews to famous people enriches the narration as they offer a deeper version and specifics on the last 50 years of our country.
